Rectangular coffee table model 217 designed by George Nakashima for his Sundra (meaning thing of beauty) series produced by Widdicomb, 1950s. Beautifully figured East Indian laurel wood with the original brass pulls and glass insert protecting the top. Very good, completely original condition. It has not been refinished and does not need to be refinished. Few minor signs of wear. A fine example of this design.
