Outdoor "Aca" Chaise by Po Shun Leong, 1972, Thirty Available, Choose Your Color
Aca reclining fiberglass chaise lounges deigned by Po Shun Leong, 1972 for a resort in Acapulco Mexico, hence the name "Aca". The Aca was awarded Honorable Mention at the Knoll International Furniture Competition in 1972. An example of this design is in the permanent collection at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) The lightweight, but sturdy fiberglass seat and back ingeniously intersect and adjust as you press your weight back or up. They work great on soft or hard surfaces. I have a white set of six on my concrete patio at home and love them. That's why I bought them in the first place. We have 30 sets and the price will get higher as our quantity dimensions. These have been restored and finished a semi gloss sky / swimming pool blue automotive paint which is extremely durable. However, we can restore others in our inventory in the color of your choice. Price is for each. All 30 are from the original edition designed in 1972. Very comfortable and surprisingly easy to get on and off. Also easy to carry and work great on the beach as one might imagine.
